Mercy High School Uniform Guidelines
Monday - Thursday Uniform (includes liturgy & assembly days)
Top: Only white polo shirt or white collared button up blouse are allowed.
Skirt: Mercy plaid skirt may not be shorter than five inches from the back of the knee. Full-length solid black leggings may be worn underneath the Mercy plaid skirt.
Pants: Appropriate gray dress slacks are allowed in place of the Mercy Plaid Skirts on liturgy and assembly days. Ripped pants are never allowed.*
Outerwear: Black sweater, black vest, a solid black jacket, and Mercy spirit wear (black or gray Mercy sweatshirts) are allowed. Non-Mercy sweatshirts are not allowed.
Socks: Only white or black socks are allowed. Patterned socks are not allowed.
Shoes: Only white or black, closed-toe shoes are allowed.
Casual Friday Uniform (excludes liturgy & assembly days)
Any of the above items are acceptable uniform pieces on casual dress day.
Students may wear black or blue jeans. Shoes, socks, shirts, and jackets of any color may be worn. The shirt must have a visible Mercy logo.

* Please Note:
Black slacks will be phased out as approved uniform wear by 2021. Only juniors (Class of 2021) and seniors (Class of 2020) will be allowed to wear black slacks (not jeans) on any day except liturgy and assembly days.
Note: Students must wear the Mercy Plaid skirt or approved Charcoal Herringbone Slacks on liturgy and assembly days.
