This is required on weekends and school holidays. A Mercy representative must open and close the building and set the alarm system. |

For large groups (150 or more people) a security guard must be present to direct the flow of traffic and assist with parking directions. There is limited parking on campus, but plenty of street parking in the neighborhood close to the school. If your event will require security, Mercy can provide the staff for the additional fee. *If you would like to provide your own security guard(s), a walk through of the campus is required in order to become familiar with the area. |

Must name Mercy as the certificate holder and as an additional insured with a liability of $1,000,000. Required two weeks before the event. |
