Update Your Information

We have provided the following online form for you to conveniently update your information with us. In order to keep you current with Mercy and all things pertaining to your daughter, we ask that you provide us with your most recent mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address. You may also use this form to update your occupation details, work address, and work phone number. All of this information is generally provided at the time of registration, but we understand that this information can change. We appreciate you notifying us immediately if and when any of this important information changes.

 

Alumnae are also welcome to use this form to ensure we have your most current information in our Alumnae database. Please be sure to indicate that you are an Alumna and provide us your year of graduation. Also, if you have changed your name since graduation, please provide us the name under which you graduated so that we can accurately update your records.
