Appointed officers

Corresponding Secretary:

• In-coming senior, junior, sophomore
• Plans, organizes and leads the Birthday Committee
• Is responsible for writing thank you cards, condolences, etc.

 

Interschool Relations Commissioner:

• In-coming senior, junior, sophomore
• Plans, organizes events with other schools (i.e., Candy grams, Exchange Day, etc.)

 

Publicity Commissioner:

• In-coming senior, junior, sophomore
• Plans and organizes publicity of student activities and events

 

Spirit Commissioner:

• In-coming senior, junior, sophomore
• must be a student currently on the MHS Spirit Squad
• Keeps the class competition results and Spirit Board updated

 

*Community Service Commissioner:

• In-coming senior, junior, sophomore
• appointed by Community Service Coordinator to assist in all aspects of Community Service

 

* Dance Commissioner:

• In-coming senior, junior, sophomore
• appointed by Dance Coordinator/Moderator to assist in all school dances

 

* Homeroom Representatives:

  (application/interview process)

• Two per homeroom
• In-coming senior, junior, sophomore
• Freshmen homeroom reps are appointed at the beginning of the following year
• Assists homeroom teachers conduct homeroom business

 

*Please note: These commissioners do not have to attend the regular Monday after school meetings (instead, they are meeting swith their individual moderators) or the ASB lunch meetings. However, it is mandatory that they attend the monthly CLT meetings on the designated days.
