Parent Volunteers

Throughout the year, Mercy hosts a number of events which require the assistance of parent volunteers. Many of these events could not run as smooth or be as successful if we did not have the help of our parents. Volunteering to assist with these events not only helps us, but enables you to build a closer relationship with the Mercy community.

We have many opportunities for you to get involved and different ways for you to use your skills and talents to make our events successful. You can start by downloading and printing out our Calendar of Events. This is a useful one-sheet calendar that lists all the events for the year that require parent volunteers. Once you have selected one or more events that you are interested in volunteering for, you can download the Volunteer form, then complete it and return it to the Development Office.

To learn more about these volunteer opportunities and upcoming events, or if you have any questions, please contact Teresa Lucchese in the Development Office at or 415-334-0525 x242.

Each family is required to volunteer 15 hours per year.

Once you have completed any volunteer hours, we ask that you fill out the Volunteer Hours form and return it directly to Teresa Lucchese in the Development Office.
