Karen Liu '95 (formerly Wong) and her husband Marc welcomed their first child Trevor Jet Liu on June 7, 2007. Coincidentally, Karen and Trevor share the same birthday!
In addition to the baby news, Karen and Marc opened a meal assembly business – Dream Dinners in San Bruno. They help busy families prepare delicious homecooked meals every month. All the hassle of meal planning (shopping, chopping and cleanup) is cut to a minimum. Studies indicate that children who eat dinner with their families at least 2-3 times a week do better in school. To learn more about the meal assembly concept and their fundraising programs, please visit www.dreamdinners.com or call (650) 872-0683 for more information. Mention "Mercy Alum" in your order and receive a free medium dinner!

Caesarine Cordon '86 (formerly Shea), has started "Taste", a food service company providing school lunches for private schools throughout the SF Bay Area. "Taste" was founded with the intention of providing children with more healthy options at lunchtime. Highest quality of fresh breads, fruits and vegetables are presented to the children in the most appealing menus. Convenient "on line" payment for parents as well as the ability to view the choices that your child has made for lunch. We would love the opportunity to meet with any private school to present options in food service!
