Transfer Student Application Requirements

 

1. Applicant must have a 2.5 or higher GPA with no grade lower than a C-.
2. The completed Transfer Student Application Form with a non-refundable $75.00 application fee.
3. The Recommendation Form completed by the principal, a counselor or a teacher at your current school.

For incoming 10th graders:

• 9th grade transcripts from high school - unofficial is acceptable
• copy of current report card (both sides)
• standardized tests results from high school
• and/or most recent standardized test results
• completed transcripts or final report card from 8th grade
• results of a High School Placement Test if taken

 

For incoming 11th graders:

• 9th & 10th grade transcripts from high school - unofficial is acceptable
• copy of current report card (both sides)
• standardized tests results from high school

 

For incoming 12th graders:

Mercy seldom accepts incoming 12th graders. Please call the Admissions Director to discuss any special circumstances.

 

It is important to understand that all of the above requested information is required. Your application for admissions will be not processed until all documentation is received.
