Late Applicants

Ninth grade late application requirements

1. A completed On-Line Application.

NOTE: in order to complete the application, you must provide a date to indicate when the student took the High School Placement Test. If the student has not taken a high school placement test, indicate “Other” when prompted. I will contact you after all the documents have been received to discuss the High School Placement Test.

The online application system requires payment using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). If you do not wish to pay online using a credit card, preferring to fill out a paper application please click here to download the pdf application.

2. Transcripts from 7th and 8th grade. Please use our Transcript Request Form.
3. The result of an elementary school standardized test taken within the last year.
4. A Recommendation Form completed by the principal, a counselor or a teacher at the student’s current school.
