Late Applicants

Ninth grade late application requirements

1. A completed Application Form with a non-refundable $100.00 application fee.
   The application is also available in the admissions booklet.
2. Transcripts from 7th and 8th grade.
3. The result of an elementary school standardized test taken within the last year.
4. A Recommendation Form completed by the principal, a counselor or a teacher at the student’s current school.
5. The results of a high school placement test is required if the student has taken one. If the student has not taken a high school placement test, I will contact you after all the above documents have been received to discuss your options.

Your application will be processed when all the requested information is received.
