Sketchbook Reviews – These reviews are done the first class meeting every other week.  AP students
are responsible for showing their sketches to the instructor.  If a student does not have any new sketches
at this review, it is the student’s responsibility to complete new sketches before the end of the week and
share them with the instructor.

Artwork To Be Photographed – Students are responsible for labeling their work when it is ready to be
photographed.  Artwork should be labeled with a post-it when ready to be photographed for your portfolio.
Students are expected to have work ready to be photographed every two weeks.

Slide Reviews/Binder Preparation – When slides have been developed and given to the AP students, each
student is responsible for putting them in their individual AP binder according to the three categories for the
AP Studio portfolio.

Critiques/Evaluations Students are responsible for learning how to critique and evaluate
their own work as well as other student’s work.  Individual evaluations will be scheduled between the AP
