McAuley Art Gallery
Exhibition Guidelines
Some practical points to keep in mind as you exhibit
at the Catherine McAuley Pavilion:
- Each exhibitor would have a brief artist’s description of her/his work on display during the exhibit, preferably in an 8" X 10" frame.
- If the work on display is for sale, the exhibitor would have her/his own business cards available. All transactions would be through the artist and the buyer. Mercy High School-San Francisco would not handle any sales.
- Each exhibitor would be responsible to hang her/his own artwork and to dismantle the exhibit on the agreed upon date. The exhibitor would bring her/his own tools for executing the installation.
- To be mindful of Mercy High School’s educational atmosphere, lunchtime or after school might be the appropriate time for hanging an exhibition.
- Please check with Ms. Gail Bennett, Coordinator of the McAuley Art Gallery, to determine the best date and time for installation of your exhibition.
